Arlberg Lodge – SOLD
The Arlberg Lodge is a modern Alpine chalet located in the top-class ski resort St. Anton am Arlberg offering more than 300km of well-groomed pistes. The chalet is located quietly in the village center and only 350 meters from the ski gondola. The ski and city bus stops in front of the building.
This boutique chalet consists of 12 bedrooms with 12 luxuriously fitted bathrooms, as well as open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. On top of this, there are 4 separate bedroom apartments for staff, who could provide every imaginable comfort. Next to the Lodge there is also a little house for guests or staff. The Arlberg Lodge comes fully furnished in a modern Alpine style, featuring old wood and stone.
The chalet boasts its own private wellness suite, complete with sauna and steam bath, which is the perfect place to relax after a good day on the slopes. The chalet offers generous balconies, taking full advantage of the wonderful mountain views. There is a ski room, storage and parking spaces on site.
