Each property will feature floor-to-ceiling windows which boast fabulous views across the mountains and fill the living areas with natural light. Designer kitchen and bathrooms will be included and many apartments also include a private sauna. Beautiful furniture is also included in the purchase price and each piece has been carefully selected by a top team of interior designers. All apartments also include garage parking and a private storage room, providing space to store skis, bikes, and fine wines.

These apartments will have a rare ‘Second Home Status’ (Zweitwohnsitz). This means that they are under no obligation to be rented and can be bought by non-EU citizens. You are able to keep your property as a private second home without renting it out at all. If you would prefer your property to generate an income for you, we can instruct a rental manager to handle rental activities for you. It is virtually impossible to find property without rental obligations in Austria, so these residences are sure to sell out extremely quickly.
