Lermoos is a lovely village that has plenty to offer including 190km of skiing in the area as well as being known as one of the best places in Austria for mountain biking!

This charming historic village also offers lots of cosy restaurants and bars that serve local cuisine and Austrian wine.

The town is close to Innsbruck if you want some serious shopping but otherwise Lermoos offers everything you could want. It is a particularly child friendly resort with plenty of activities to enjoy – including an indoor and outdoor pool.

Lermoos is perfectly accessible by car and train as well as only being a 50 minute drive from Innsbruck Airport.

Ski Scene

Located in the heart of the famous “Tiroler Zugspitz Arena” and at an altitude of 1000-2750 meters, Lermoos is a snow-sure skiing area.

On the local mountain, the Grubigstein, you can enjoy skiing on 27km slopes, but the skiing doesn’t stop there. All of our ski property for sale in Lermoos has access to the ski region Tiroler Zugspitz Arena which has further 190km of pistes. 

Summer Fun

Although Lermoos is a fantastic winter resort, the summer is where it truly comes into its own. Lermoos is well known as one of the best mountain biking areas in the country with challenging trails. 

The Zugspitze-Tirol golf club first opened in 1987, and offers 5910 metres of terrain which is surrounded by a beautiful Alpine landscape. This high quality course has previously been voted one of Austria’s top golf courses. Zugspitze-Tirol golf club has a splendid club house, pro shop, golf school, driving-range and an a la carte restaurant, the course is well worth a visit.

Lermoos also has an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, which is perfect for children.
