Neukirchen has a good selection of shops and restaurants for you to explore and is less than 15 minutes from Mittersill, the region’s largest town. The region features over 500km of magnificent skiing with Wildkogel, KitzSki and Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser as well as great hiking and cycling routes which makes it the perfect dual season retreat. Neukirchen is also just a 5 minute drive from Bramberg which boasts one of Europe’s only emerald mines, plus the world’s longest nighttime toboggan run where you can sled for 14km under the stars.

Neukirchen lies within the beautiful Hohe Tauern National Park which is Europe’s largest nature reserve. The upmarket, vibrant town of Kitzbühel is a 40 minute drive away as is the beautiful lake side resort of Zell am See – both a fabulous day trip for all of the family.
